One way above all, e-mail. Try not to send any files to me, attachments or similiar because there is a chance that they get filtered by spamassasin which filters my e-mail and i rarely look the
garbage can which is the place where all the stupid mail goes.
Do not mail me at all if you plan to ask will i do a skin for you or if you want me to help you with installing skins. I have done pretty good guides for that purpose so you should be fine with those.
I cannot help you more than those guides do.
